1. Introduction

Welcome to our website. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Israeli law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Sale Law, 5728-1968. If any provision conflicts with such a law, the law prevails.

3. Products and Prices

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. We may change products, prices, and availability from time to time; a change will not apply to an order that has already been placed and confirmed.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if the product is unavailable; in that case we will notify you and refund any amount paid in full. Payments must be made through our secure payment processing system.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy and on the product page. If an order is not delivered by the stated date, you may cancel it and receive a full refund, with no cancellation fee.

6. Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details document, whichever is later (4 months for senior citizens aged 65+, people with disabilities, and new immigrants, as provided by law). A cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, may apply, except where the product is defective, does not match the order, or was delivered late. Items made or ordered especially at your request – custom made pieces and pre-order items – cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or do not match the order. 7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Warranty terms are listed on the product page. To the extent permitted by law, Celestial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This section does not limit our liability for defects or non-conformity, or any liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website and apply only to orders placed after that date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
