If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we will repair, replace or fully refund it, with no cancellation fee and at our cost.

Every order is processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

In-stock items: delivery within 3–7 business days.

Custom made pieces: 20–25 days to make, plus 8–14 days delivery.

Pre-order items: delivery within 14–21 days.

The shipping cost is shown before you complete payment.

If your order doesn't arrive by the stated date, you can cancel it and get a full refund, with no cancellation fee.

Deliveries are sometimes delayed for reasons beyond our control, such as courier backlogs, customs checks on shipments from abroad, or the security situation.

If a delay is expected, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

A delay doesn't affect your rights: if your order isn't delivered by the agreed date, you can cancel it and get a full refund, with no cancellation fee.

You can cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details document, whichever is later.

Senior citizens (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants (up to 5 years in Israel) may cancel within 4 months, if the purchase included a conversation with the business, including an online one.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower. The product must be returned to us, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Cancellation because of a defect, a mismatch or late delivery carries no cancellation fee, and we will collect the product at our cost.

Items made or ordered especially at your request – custom made pieces and pre-order items – cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or don't match your order.
