Love Hearts Set

All your rights under Israeli consumer protection and sale laws are preserved, and nothing here limits them.

925 silver jewelry and personalized pieces come with a one-year plating warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover loss, breakage, scratches, tears or damage from unreasonable use, or the natural yellowing of pearls.

If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we will repair, replace or fully refund it, with no cancellation fee and at our cost.

To use the warranty, contact us with your order number: jewelrycelestial.official@gmail.com

Every order is processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

In-stock items: delivery within 3–7 business days.

Custom made pieces: 20–25 days to make, plus 8–14 days delivery.

Pre-order items: delivery within 14–21 days.

The shipping cost is shown before you complete payment.

If your order doesn't arrive by the stated date, you can cancel it and get a full refund, with no cancellation fee.

Deliveries are sometimes delayed for reasons beyond our control, such as courier backlogs, customs checks on shipments from abroad, or the security situation.

If a delay is expected, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

A delay doesn't affect your rights: if your order isn't delivered by the agreed date, you can cancel it and get a full refund, with no cancellation fee.

You can cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details document, whichever is later.

Senior citizens (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants (up to 5 years in Israel) may cancel within 4 months, if the purchase included a conversation with the business, including an online one.

You can give notice of cancellation verbally or in writing, including by email: jewelrycelestial.official@gmail.com

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower. The product must be returned to us, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Cancellation because of a defect, a mismatch or late delivery carries no cancellation fee, and we will collect the product at our cost.

Items made or ordered especially at your request – custom made pieces and pre-order items – cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or don't match your order.
