There is a warranty only on 925 sterling silver and custom-designed jewelry. These come with a one-year warranty solely on the jewelry's plating.
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, and the warranty certificate must be kept to be presented if needed.
The warranty does not cover loss of items or parts thereof, breakages, scratches, and tears. It also does not cover yellowing of pearls.
